1.1 MAIN |
Side walls are manufactured from 1 mm tin plate
which glass side is insulated with 50 mm thichness.The exterior
surfaces of panels are dyed with exported static powder paint
in order to provide an ergonomical apperance and longer life duration.
İt has a lighting system which is designed to raise the colour
control to its best, throughout painting. Lighting is provided
with 24 guantity Florescent lamb with 40 W.
In the cabin, there is a railed hanger system which is hanged
to ceiling and provides to dye the parts near the automobile .
Ceiling is made of tin plate panels which are reinforced with
private isolation, and it provides walking during the repairing
studies.
A long lasting filter element which is made of unflameable substance
and has private and high performance, is placed under the ceiling,
in order to clean the air given into the cabin.
In front of the cabine there are 4 doors for the enterance of
cars and one door for the enterance and exit of personnel. Door
elements have observing windows made of security glasses.
Base is made of steel constraction which provides the all system
to mount into an exist concrete ground. On steel constraction,
a galvanized grate and a chequered tin plate ststem, which can
carry 500 kg. wheel weight and increase the dust flowing, is placed.
In our standart models, there is a loading platform with 300 mm
height. |

| 1.3 1.3 ELECTRIC SYSTEM |
Electric and Command Table
|
It is a table which motor and devices captured by
reconciliation are commaned and controled from a center in order
to make their functions. Table is manufactured from Galvaniz tin
plate and steel profile, which is resistant to strokes, completely
closed and never transfers dust and moisture.
Table include all motors, the neccessary breaker and fuse for the
electrical devices,and in the neccessary conditions, signal lambs,
termic roadcast, and clemens.
Moreover, heat indicator and termostat which adjusts the kiln heat
and a time roadcast which kiln-dry time is adjusted, are added to
the control table.

| ELECTRIC INSTALLATION |
Command and control assembles which come from
electric table and go to motors and electrical devices, will be
made from cables which are resistant to heat. Electric lines,
foundation and their changes will be placed in an easy way.
Devices which are ready to operate : 380 v. 50 Hz. voltage of
control devices is 220 volt. All electric installation will be
founded according to the valid electric conditions in Turkey.
Three fase electric which is needed for the devices requested,
will be brought by our firm upto to the place where table will
be put.

2.0 TRANSPORTATION -
MOUNTING - ACCEPTANCE BY FIRM |

| The devices will be delivered in our facility. If
exportation is requested to be done by ARYA OTO SERVİS EKİPMANLARI
SAN. VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. , the exportation and transportation
costs will be paid by your firm. |

| 2.1 Mounting and Acceptance by Firm |
To place the devices in areas which are previously
prepared for mounting according to the project, issued by us and
the including to the firm, will be done under the authority of
a tecnician.
The electricity of the devices till the electricity panel and
the pressure air to the available connection, the supply of the
motorin lines will be done by you and the connection of these
lines will be done by our tecnician.
All construction issuances, including ( chimney crosings ) which
are neccessary before the mounting and during the mounting, and
motorin stock tanks and etc. will be done by your company.

| 2.2 |
| For a first few mounting , a person would be send
to the your country, in which the mounting will be done. The customer
will supply 2 or 3 personnels for assistance. |

| 2.3 |
| All expenditures of our person, who will send to
the country in which the mounting will be done, including , flight
tickets , feeding and residance will be captured by your company.
The mounting has to be finished within of 7 days. |

| 2.4 |
| For a sending of a person for the mounting, ARYA
OTO SERVİS EKİPMANLARI SAN. VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. has to be informed latest
15 days before the date of the mounting about the exact mounting
date. |

| 2.5 |
| The mounting of the cabin has to be done within
of 75 days after the date of delivery. If your company doesn't issues
the neccessary preparation for the mounting within of 75 days, the
obligation of the ARYA OTO SERVİS EKİPMANLARI SAN. VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ.
, will be cancelled. |

| person who will send for the mounting will have
no devices. All required devices will be supplied in the mounting
country by your company. |

| All legal licences, for example working permits
or visas will be got by your company |
